In this online course in Swedish, you will learn how to embroider freely on wool. We start from wool embroidery and take out the turns we want!
We go through pattern transfer, different stitches, the material, sewing with applications, edging with ribbons, baubles and finally how we mount this to a pillow or wall decoration. The course is also suitable for those who have not taken the introductory course but are a little used to embroidering.
The course consists of four hits of 3 hours, online via zoom. There are four Sundays in a row 13/3, 20/3, 27/3 & 3/4, the time is 14.00-17.00 Between the meetings, everyone embroiders further at home before the next step.
You can order material kits adapted for this course here or use your own material. Link to zoom and course info is emailed out separately. My name is Maria Hjalmarson Tamme and I run Tamme Craft. I am educated in embroidery at Västerberg Folk High School and HV School, among others.
The course costs SEK 1600 and then materials are not included. Registration is made via Tamme Crafts online store and is binding. Your place is booked when the payment is received by us. Remember to book well in advance if you also want to order our material package!
